  ما هو برنامج يانصيب غرين كارد؟    

يتم في كل سنة منح 50,000 تأشيرة إقامة (غرين كارد) في يانصيب من قبل وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية. اليانصيب هو برنامج رسمي بموجب البند 203 من قانون الهجرة والجنسية. إذا حصلت على غرين كارد عن طريق البرنامج فستكون أنت وعائلتك قادرين على العيش والعمل بشكل دائم في الولايات المتحدة.




  تحديث تسجيل هام    

وفقا للقواعد الجديدة، لم يعد بالإمكان التسجيل عن طريق البريد. بدلا عن ذلك، يجب إرسال كل الطلبات إلى وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية بصيغة إلكترونية، باستخدام موقع تخصّصه وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية.

استخدم USGCLS للتسجيل المباشر لإدخال كافة المعلومات المطلوبة وإرسال الصور الضرورية (إذا لم تكن لديك صور ديجيتالية، يمكنك إرسال صور عادية بالبريد). عند إتمام تسجيلك، ستتم معالجة طلبك وتحويله إلى وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية.


  نتائج برنامج يانصيب 2008    

لقد تمّ اختيار الفائزين في يانصيب 2008، كما تمّ إبلاغهم بذلك عن طريق بريد عاديّ أُرسل إلى العنوان المدرج في طلبهم. لقد تمّ إبلاغ الفائزين فقط.

The submission rules for the Green Card Lottery have changed. Applicants will not be allowed to send their applications by mail. Instead, all petitions must be submitted in an electronic format, using a dedicated State Department website.  Details
